What is the return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. If your figure arrives damaged, send a photo and we'll ship a free replacement or refund you in full — no return needed. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
Is this an official SIYBR original?

Yes. Every design is created in-house. SIYBR figures are only sold at siybr.com.
How long does shipping take?

Every figure is cast and finished to order at our Dongguan studio (3–5 business days), then shipped with all duties prepaid (DDP). US delivery typically takes 10–16 business days total, and tracking is emailed the moment your order ships.
What is it made of?

Solid industrial-grade resin with a matte black finish and engraved inlay. Each piece is hand-finished, so minor variations are part of the design.
What if it arrives damaged?

Photograph the damage within 48 hours and email us — we'll ship a replacement, no return required.
